This site will not work properly on NIPR unless you follow these steps (takes 6-9 seconds):

1) Open the Windows Start Menu

2) Search for Proxy Settings and click Proxy Settings in the search results

3) Set Use Setup Script to off

4) Refresh the page and the site will work properly

You will have to follow these steps every time you restart your machine, or if it has been a long time since you've logged on.
